Cheers to Change: Walking Together for Mental Health
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
And every day in Australia, 9 people lose their lives to suicide.
Mental illness doesn’t just affect those living with it—it impacts families, friends, and entire communities. This October, our team, Cheers to Change, is stepping up for One Foot Forward to help reduce the devastating impact of mental illness and suicide.
We’re walking to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, so they can continue their groundbreaking work in mental health treatment, education, and digital services. These resources are crucial for those who need them most, and your support can make a real difference.
