Support My Walk for Mental Health
This October, I am proud to be participating in the One Foot Forward walk to raise $1000 for the Black Dog Institute, an organisation that is a much needed lifeline for many.
The funds raised will support crucial research into better mental health treatments and resources, which are desperately needed.
As someone who lives with persistent anxiety and panic disorder, I know firsthand how debilitating mental illness can be. It affects every aspect of daily life in ways that are often invisible to others.
Anxiety is something many people experience in their lives, but living with it daily is a vastly different reality. It’s a constant battle, and I want to raise both awareness and funds to support those living with these challenges.
If you're able to spare a couple of dollars for a really important cause I'd be forever grateful. I’d love to have some company on my walks so if you're keen for a quick 5ks give me a hola. Together, we can take steps (literally and metaphorically 😉) towards better mental health for everyone.
Every bit of support, whether through walking, donating, or simply spreading the word, will make a difference.
Thank you for your support!

This month, I walked for those who can’t. There have been countless days where just stepping outside felt impossible, let alone hitting 21 gym classes or walking 100km. Reaching these milestones was a reminder of resilience and hope, you’re not alone. Brighter days are ahead, and together, we’ll keep walking toward them 💛
