Raising awareness for Mental health is a cause that is very close to my heart! As some of you may know I have long struggled with my metal health and suffer from depression. My battle with depression started 9 years back, though it might have silently haunted me for much longer. Each day becomes a relentless struggle against the inner demons that persist within me. The attempt to end my own life 8 years ago was a desperate escape from the torment within, a desperate bid to silence the voices telling me I wasn't worthy of the people in my life, haunted by the feeling of inadequacy and the weight of past traumas. Mental health remains a challenging topic, especially for men of all ages. There exists a significant stigma surrounding men expressing their emotions and inner struggles, making it even tougher for them to seek help and share their feelings openly.
