My first walk ✅
Day 1 - I completed my first 2 km for the One Foot Forward Challenge, embracing the journey toward better mental health, one step at a time. Each stride not only brought me closer to my goals but also reminded me of the importance of self-care and the power of community support. As I lace up my shoes for the next walk, I’m filled with hope and determination, committed to making a positive impact on mental well-being and encouraging others to join this meaningful challenge ❤️I am aiming to complete 2km a day 💪Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research

In fact, every day in Australia, 9 people will die by suicide.
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, our team will be taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
We’re walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute, so that they can put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
